Just had our french doors replaced with a sliding door. Door looks great and installation went smoothly. Installer did a good job and cleaned up nicely. The new door slides effortlessly. The price was good compared to other places I called. Door appears to be well made.

I just had 21 windows installed in my house. The product of course is very good quality, but aside from quality I always select & measure service providers based on professionalism, promptness and following through with what they say will do. Michael and JP Brooks did the install and they lived up to my high standard in all of those areas. They also politely tolerated my occasionally interruptions to ask questions.
The arrival time and total time it took to install the windows was pretty much exactly what they told me to expect. They kept the inside and outside of my house clean while they were working and patiently took as much time as I needed to inspect & ask any additional questions. I would recommend Window World to anyone thinking of replacing their windows. I would also suggest requesting Michael and his son to do the install.

Kyle was my sales rep and he was great. Super considerate and willing to answer questions and take the time to really make me feel comfortable about getting new windows. Justin and his crew came out and installed the windows quickly and skillfully. They left no mess and I was beyond impressed with the results! Window World Upstate did a great job. The sales rep Chris did great job explaining the windows and how the install would take place. Explained the time frame due to covid and manufacturing restrictions. They was spot on the time frame quoted. The day of the install the owner Gary was onsite making sure we was pleased. Window World did a fantastic job. I would highly recommended Window World. It’s worth the wait time, and they are honest and professional.

Absolutely satisfied. We were told from the beginning that it would be months after we ordered for the installation and it was worth the wait. We are very pleaased with the customer service and communiction. We were especially pleased with our installers....Lee and Chris....they were courteous, very personable, and extremey hard- working young men. If there is any company procedure for including this compliment in their files, it would be appreciated. They earned it. Again, it was worth the wait and without doubt we would use Window World of the Upstate again.
